Retained work created and used in practice
The artifact is an original output I created, contributed to, or used. The project page specifies my exact contribution and any collaboration boundary.
Evidence guide
This portfolio distinguishes the artifact you can inspect from the experience it represents, the contribution I made, and the evidence supporting any result.
Artifact labels
The artifact is an original output I created, contributed to, or used. The project page specifies my exact contribution and any collaboration boundary.
The original work was created in practice but cannot be published because it contains employer, client, learner, or operational information. Public examples are de-identified or fictionalized.
The artifact was created for the portfolio to show how I approach a recurring need. It is not presented as an employer deliverable or as proof of an unmeasured outcome.
Result bases
A number can be memorable and still misleading without context. Every result is paired with a basis and a boundary note.
A count, file, archive, or other retained record supports what was produced.
An independent retained source corroborates the result or responsibility.
A screenshot preserves a point-in-time counter or public state, with no claim beyond it.
A recurring change was observed in practice but not measured through a formal study.
The claim comes from direct experience and is clearly limited when source records are unavailable.
The artifact or process was designed toward this outcome; it is not claimed as measured impact.
A fictionalized or composite scenario makes the method concrete without representing a retained individual record.

Open source-evidence packetAuthorship and privacy
Authorship: Project pages name my contribution and identify work created by collaborators or leadership.
Confidentiality: Learner, client, colleague, and employer details are removed or fictionalized where appropriate.
Tool scope: Tools are described only at the level the evidence supports. Salesforce reporting and operational documentation are supported; Salesforce platform administration is not claimed.
Recommendations: Signed letters corroborate the responsibilities and qualities stated on the relevant project pages. They are not used to verify unrelated counts or outcomes.
